UG 300 HDS 15: Single Bell Modular DSV
|
Features:
- SPHLs can be directly deployed over the side of a vessel – making easy integrated sat dive systems.
- Hydraulic systems are DNV-approved and IMCA compliant systems.
- Before shipping, the sat diving system is tested extensively through the use of latest FMEA methodologies.
Specifications:
- Dive chamber system consists of five separate chambers, all twin lock configurations.
- Four separate living areas – two can accommodate the sleeping requirements of 6 persons and two are capable of accommodating the sleeping requirements of 3 persons.
- Come-out chambers are fitted with a dedicated medical bunk and independent sanitary facility lock.
- SPHLs are fitted out as dedicated 18-person SPHL.
- The hydraulic systems are our proven DNV approved/IMCA compliant, 15-ton and 7.5-ton winch combinations with a dual redundant power pack.

UG 300HRF 2L-12: 12-man Hyperbaric Reception Facility

- The combined saturation control and machinery area is housed in a 20′ standard ABS shipping container.
- Provides mobility, security, and climate control while on location.
- This is a stand-alone, high-pressure hyperbaric reception facility .
- It is capable of housing 10 divers for up to 26 days upon completion of surface decompression.
- The HRF dive chamber is able to receive an SPHL, with a bottom mating trunk, via a custom TUP mating spool.

- The painted steel frame is used primarily for protection during transportation and also serves as the mounting platform for any type of SPHL support base.
- Support module (a combined saturation control and machinery area) is housed in a 20′ ABS freight container.
- HRF dive chamber is able to receive an SPHL, with a bottom mating trunk, via a custom TUP mating spool and clamp arrangement (not included in standard scope of supply).
- Device receives an HRC via an end-mate (or even a side-mate) custom spool and clamp arrangement.

As COVID-19 constraints continue, Unique Group completes production of its largest classed Saturation Dive System.
Unique Group, a top global provider of integrated subsea and offshore solutions, finished designing and building the SAT15, a larger specialised saturation dive equipment. A prominent 2019 contract for a major EPCI contractor in the APAC area includes the construction of the flagship dive system.
The SAT15 is a customised mobile dive system with a 6m3 diving bell that is DNV certified as a 12-man, 300msw rated. Three dual compartment chambers and an SPHL comprise the chamber complex. Every machinery area and control room is containerised in 20-foot offshore DNV-approved containers.
