Fixed Fender |
Cylindrical Fenders: Simple and versatile marine fender system that can be easily installed. Their progressive reaction makes them ideal for berths serving large and small vessels. Wide range of available sizes (as well as almost any intermediate size) up to 2700mm diameter Applications of cylindrical fenders include Bulk cargo berths, general cargo quays, fishing and workboat berths, pontoons and floating structures as well as tug havens. Arch Fenders These are simple and rugged marine fender systems that provides reliable and trouble-free service for a wide variety of berths under the most severe conditions. The SAN-fender is a traditional rubber-faced unit whilst the SANP-fender can be fitted with either UHMW-PE face pads or connected to a steel panel. Corner Arch fenders are available in three standard sizes and provide a simple, easily installed solution to prevent berth corners from damage by smaller vessels Applications of arch fenders include RoRo berths, general cargo, workboat harbours, and barge and tug berths. Leg Fenders Leg fenders provide an extremely compact solution, ideal for when fenders need to be mounted in a limited area. These versatile fenders have a modular design and are available as Unit Elements: It has versatile modular system, highly efficient shape, symmetrical or asymmetrical fixings, strong in lengthwise shear, easy to install, low maintenance. It is suitable for container terminals, tanker berths, RoRo and cruise ships, dolphins and monopiles, bulk and general cargo berths, fender walls, and small craft berths. MV Elements: It has modular design system that comes in many standard sizes, has high performance geometry with recessed fixings, offers long life with low maintenance. It is applicable for vessel types that uses system such as fender piles, v-fenders, multiple fenders, pivot pillars, and parallel motion (torsion arm). MV V-Fenders: It has simple, modular design low-friction shield, non-marking face, reduced hull pressure, easy maintenance. It is suitable for general cargo quays, berthing dolphins, pontoon fendering, passenger ferry berths, offshore platforms, and long fender walls. UE V-Fenders: It has Simple, modular design with low-friction shield and non-marking face. it requires low maintenance. It has applications in multi-user berths, small roro terminals, workboat berths and pontoon fenders. MI-2000 Elements: It has a modular design system that offers choice of lengths and rubber grades. it is known for its high performance and efficiency. It is ideal for larger vessels such as tankers and lng ships, bulk carriers, post-panamax containers and mega cruise ships. Super Cone Fenders: Super Cone Fenders (SCN) are the latest generation of 'cell’ fenders, with optimal performance and efficiency. The conical body shape provides utmost stability even at large compression angles and provides excellent shear strength. With overload stops the Super Cone marine fender is even more resistant to over-compression. It has applications in general cargo berths and bulk terminals. Parallel Motion Fenders It is a specialist fender system and its selection can only be used in consultation with local offices. These are designed for high energy absorption capacity with ultra-low reaction forces by up to 60% of a traditional fender system. The panel always remains vertical but can cope with large berthing angles – even at 20°, there is usually no loss in energy absorption. Its applications include naval facilities, RoRo and fast ferry berths, LNG and tanker terminals, high tidal zones, monopile or 'soft' structures. Shear Fenders Shear Fenders have a linear load-deflection characteristic in shear, which however remain stiff in compression to support heavy loads. The top and bottom steel plates are fully encased in rubber which protects them from corrosion and minimizes maintenance. Piles and simple frontal panels are often used in conjunction with Shear Fenders. Movement in shear ought to be constraint by chains or other mechanical stops to prevent overload. These are easy to install and ideal for low energy applications, including ferry terminals, general cargo berths, offshore boat landings, bridge protection and pontoon yokes. SCK Cell Fenders SCK Cell Fenders have a very long track record and remain popular because of their simplicity, high performance, and strength. It is available in a wide range of standard sizes and are interchangeable with many, older marine cell fender types. It is ideal for low hull pressure systems such as oil and LNG facilities, bulk terminal, offshore platforms, container berths, roro and cruise terminals as well as multi-user berths. |

Floating Fenders |
Pneumatic Fenders Pneumatic fenders are expertly manufactured using high-quality, durable materials to deliver a lifetime of reliable performance in even the harshest of environmental conditions The pneumatic fenders supplied are fully compliant to ISO 17357-1:2014 standards to offer improved durability and optimum performance Pneumatic SmartFenders, a smart technology, monitors fender location and performance, extending asset life, preventing downtime and optimizing maintenance schedules It is ideal for submarines, semi-submersible oil rigs, ship to ship transfer, ship to shore, bunkering, port high tidal variations, temporary berthing, and large standoff Donut Fenders Donut Fenders are an effective solution for simple berthing dolphins, guiding and turning structures. The buoyant Donut floats up and down a single tubular pile and freely rotates to help align or redirect ships. The internal casing has long-lasting, low-friction bearings which need minimal maintenance. The foam is unsinkable and cannot burst or deflate. The Donut skin is durable polyurethane reinforced with continuous nylon filaments. It has application in corner protection, turning structures, lead-in jetties, simple breasting dolphins and bridge protection. SeaGuard Foam Fenders Trelleborg's SeaGuard combines a durable, non-marking finish with low maintenance. Low hull pressures protect soft-skinned ships. These fenders can be deployed floated or suspended, against a quay wall or for ship-to-ship operations and suit all sites with small or large tidal changes. Low maintenance comes as standard because the polyurethane elastomer is highly resistant to the effects of ozone and ultraviolet light. SeaGuard fenders work equally well in harbors or between vessels. It is ideal for cruise ships, container vessels, bulk cargo, roro and ferries, oil and gas tankers, general cargo, navy berths, and ship-to-ship transfers. SeaCushion Fenders The fender is made from superior grade of foam core, an extra tough skin and a chain-tyre net. It has applicable for various function in the open water ship-to-ship operations, offshore structures or anywhere requiring absolute fender reliability. SeaCushion fenders have lower reactions than pneumatic types. Hull pressures are very low too at just 172kN/m2 for STD-grades (even less for LR-grades) – well within PIANC guidelines for LNG vessels. These are ideal for applications in LNG and oil terminals, ship-to-ship operations, offshore boat landings, military applications and shipyards. Hydro-Pneumatic Hydro-Pneumatic Fenders are specially adapted for Submarines and other vessels which contact fenders below waterline. It has very low hull pressure and variable draft that prevents acoustic tile damage. It is specifically designed for submarines, several fast ferries and semi-submersible oil rigs. Sling-Type Fenders It is a premium pneumatic fender solution. The ISO 17357:2014 compliant sling or hook type pneumatic fenders come without the Chain-Tyre Net and ring shackles. A lifting eye is fitted to each end and the fender is slung by a chain or wire rope. Sling type fenders are available across the whole size range. It has applications in oil and gas tankers, fast ferries and aluminium vessels, temporary and permanent installations, rapid response and emergencies. |
