The films such as "Despicable Me," "Smallfoot," "Rio," or most recently "Klaus," Netflix's first original feature animated film, which was entirely conceived and produced at The SPA Studios, received 1 BAFTA and 7 Annie Awards, as well as a nomination for Best Animated Film at the 2020 Academy Awards, among many others.

Klaus |
Klaus is a 2019 traditional animated Christmas comedy film written and directed by Sergio Pablos in his directorial debut, produced by his business The SPA Studios and released on Netflix. The film introduces a novel method that pushes the boundaries of traditional animation to new heights, all while telling a heartwarming narrative that viewers and critics have dubbed a new Christmas classic. It garnered seven Annie Awards (including Best Feature), a BAFTA for Best Animated Film, two Quirino Awards, an Academy Award nomination for Best Animated Feature Film, and multiple VES and Goya Award nominations. |

Despicable Me |
The 2010 American computer-animated film Despicable Me produced by Illumination Entertainment and directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud had its origins at The SPA Studios, from a concept created by Sergio Pablos, who went on to become an Executive Producer on the film. Despicable Me obtained many Annie Award nominations, as well as one nomination each for the BAFTA Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and other festivals. It also received the Kids' Choice Award for Favorite Animated Movie. |
