Pixune Studios introduced innovative 2D/3D combo style Pixune Studios has revealed plans to pursue an exciting new inventive path. The studio is well-known for its award-winning 2D and 3D visual styles and animations, and has decided to merge the two in an innovative enterprise. Pixune's 2D artists will hand-draw 2D animation components such as characters, objects, backdrops, and special effects. These will be blended with 3D-rendered landscapes, people, objects, and camera movements. It produces a distinct animation effect with the attraction of traditional hand-drawn 2D coupled with the extra breadth and immersion of 3D.
