NPF series Designed specifically for heavy-duty marine and offshore applications. Ideal for ship-to-ship (STS) and ship-to-quay (STQ) mooring operations. Manufactured and tested in compliance with ISO 17357:2014-1, the global standard for high-performance pneumatic fenders. ABS class certification available per unit upon request. NFF series High-performance foam-filled fender solution designed for a wide range of marine applications. Constructed with closed-cell foam core, ensuring zero water absorption and long-lasting buoyancy. External protection provided by a durable composite coating made from polyurethane resin and polyester fabric layers. Preferred in sensitive and high-end environments such as cruise ship terminals, commercial ports, and governmental facilities. Design & Customization Highly flexible manufacturing – does not require specific molds. Enables customized sizes and shapes based on client needs. Performance adaptability: Foam density can be varied from 30 kg/m³ to 140 kg/m³. Higher density equals greater energy absorption and resistance to impact. Allows precision-engineered fendering solutions tailored to mooring scenarios and vessel types. Most fenders are made from SBR natural rubber, either extruded or molded. Alternative materials include composite, polyurethane (PU), and foam. Product range includes cone fenders, cell fenders, and element fenders. CY Fenders (Cylindrical Rubber Fenders) Ideal for ports and industrial environments. Installed with chains and anchors. Available in multiple diameters and lengths. Common sizes are readily available for quick delivery. Used where high energy absorption is required. DD Fenders (D-Shaped Fenders) Suitable for smaller quays, wharves, and vessels. Comes in variations: D-shaped chamber, cylindrical chamber, or solid (no chamber). Fixation via bolts or straps. Available in non-marking colors (e.g., crème, white). Lightweight and versatile; commonly used for tugs and small boats. DC Fenders (D Fenders with Cylindrical Chamber) Similar to DD fenders but optimized for greater flexibility and impact absorption. Used in commercial and light-industrial docks.
