In 1947, Huber & Brendel was founded in Crailsheim. In 1963, introduction of the first radio-controlled storm warning system at Lake Constance. Presentation of the first HBC radio remote control for cranes. in the year 1968. Introduction of the first HBC radio remote control for hazardous areas. in the year 1975.

In 1981, the company presented the first HBC radio remote control for construction cranes.
