Business Segment/ Overview
The technology formulation for manufacturing fiber glass banding tape impregnated with polyester or epoxy resin is an advanced technology at present. Production lines designed and manufactured by the factory itself can operate easily and run well which produce different banding tapes of thermal resistance grade. Glass fiber reinforcing mesh is specially used as reinforcing materials for moulding shape of dry transformer. Complete specifications are available. The company also manufactures various mica tapes, including resin rich? resin-mid? resin-less mica tapes, polyester film on one surface or both surfaces mica tapes, polyimide film mica tapes. They are used for the manufacturing and maintaining of electric motors, flame-resistant cables and electromagnetic wire. Another main product is fiber glass filter netting and filter fabric supplied to aluminium wheel manufacturer, aluminium piston manufacturer and aluminium alloy foundry.
