Application:

Ammonia takes part of deposit silicon nitride by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) in semiconductor and advanced materials manufacturing.

Sulfur hexafluoride

Application:

can be used for etching metal silicides, nitrides and oxides versus their metal substrates. It is also used in display fabrication for the cleaning of the Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) reactors.

Silane

Application:

Silane is used in semiconductor manufacturing for polysilicon and epitaxial silicon deposition.

It is an intermediate for the production of high purity silicon used in photovoltaic cells and semiconductors.
