• The 16K series is a miniature liquid diaphragm pump designed for wide elections of applications such as medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, food processing, ink jet printing and water treatment industries.
• As standard the pump includes inlet pulsation chamber to ensure smooth liquid transfer.
• Motor options include iron core and brushless (BLDC) with integrated driver.

20K Series

The 20K series is a single headed miniature diaphragm pump. With a 'best-in-class' body width of just 12 mm it is designed for applications requiring minimized size, power and weight. Typical examples include portable environmental gas analysis, medical monitoring, medical therapy and chemical agents / biohazard detection. Recognizing that instrument miniaturization often results in low performance requirements, the 20K is additionally available in a 'Low Flow' configuration which maximizes efficiency (hence also battery life) at the lower end flow range of this series. This is achieved through the use of optimized low speed coreless motors combined with a pump head specifically designed for low flow. These pumps are listed as below as 'Coreless LF'. Additionally stable flow valve technology ensures consistent operation at flows below 50 ml/m without influence from the pump's orientation.

20KD Series

The 20KD series is a miniature diaphragm pump which, uniquely for this class of pump, offers the significant advantages of a double head design within a 12 mm width frame size. The double headed construction extends performance range to an impressive 70% vacuum and 1.5 bar pressure, reduces pulsation and offers slow running with the associated benefits of reduced sound and extended life. Typical examples include portable environmental gas analysis, medical monitoring, medical therapy and chemical agents / biohazard detection.

Recognizing that instrument miniaturization often results in low performance requirements, the 20KD is additionally available in a 'Low Flow' configuration which maximizes efficiency (hence also battery life) at the lower end flow range of this series. Diaphragms are available not only in different materials but also different thicknesses and profiles depending on the exact needs of the application. Likewise, eccentrics from 0.5 to 0.85 mm can be configured.

22KD Series

The 22KD series is a double headed miniature diaphragm pump designed for a wide range of applications including gas sampling, gas detection and monitoring. This pump series is of certain interest for applications requiring flow above 2 l/min in a compact envelope. Additionally, when run at lower speeds with a flow of 1 l/min and below, sound and vibration is reduced to levels which cannot be matched with a single headed pump.

Like all other pumps in the Boxer range, this series of miniature diaphragm pump can be customized to specific requirements. Diaphragms are available not only in different materials but also different thicknesses and profiles depending on the exact needs of the application. Likewise, eccentrics from 0.5 to 0.85 mm can be configured.

5KS Series

The 5KS miniature diaphragm pump series sets new standards in performance density. An open flow of above 5.5 l/min is available with dimensions of just 5.7 x 4.4 x 3.0 cm and, importantly, this is achieved without excessive motor speeds. This pump has been designed for portable environmental analyser and medical devices.

If desired the 5KS can be run at reduced voltage for lower flows normally associated with pumps of this physical size. At these slow running speeds, the 5KS offers exceptional low noise and extended motor life.
