The 20K series is a single headed miniature diaphragm pump. With a 'best-in-class' body width of just 12 mm it is designed for applications requiring minimized size, power and weight. Typical examples include portable environmental gas analysis, medical monitoring, medical therapy and chemical agents / biohazard detection. Recognizing that instrument miniaturization often results in low performance requirements, the 20K is additionally available in a 'Low Flow' configuration which maximizes efficiency (hence also battery life) at the lower end flow range of this series. This is achieved through the use of optimized low speed coreless motors combined with a pump head specifically designed for low flow. These pumps are listed as below as 'Coreless LF'. Additionally stable flow valve technology ensures consistent operation at flows below 50 ml/m without influence from the pump's orientation.

20KD Series

The 20KD series is a miniature diaphragm pump which, uniquely for this class of pump, offers the significant advantages of a double head design within a 12 mm width frame size. The double headed construction extends performance range to an impressive 70% vacuum and 1.5 bar pressure, reduces pulsation and offers slow running with the associated benefits of reduced sound and extended life. Typical examples include portable environmental gas analysis, medical monitoring, medical therapy and chemical agents / biohazard detection. Recognizing that instrument miniaturization often results in low performance requirements, the 20KD is additionally available in a 'Low Flow' configuration which maximizes efficiency (hence also battery life) at the lower end flow range of this series. Additionally, when run at lower speeds with a flow of 1 l/min and below, sound and vibration is reduced to levels which cannot be matched with a single headed pump. The 5KS miniature diaphragm pump series sets new standards in performance density. An open flow of above 5.5 l/min is available with dimensions of just 5.7 x 4.4 x 3.0 cm and, importantly, this is achieved without excessive motor speeds. This pump has been designed for portable environmental analyser and medical devices. If desired the 5KS can be run at reduced voltage for lower flows normally associated with pumps of this physical size. At these slow running speeds, the 5KS offers exceptional low noise and extended motor life. Like all other pumps in the Boxer range, this miniature diaphragm pump series can be customized to specific requirements.
