In 2001 the company has changed its name to Toyota Industries Corporation. Toyota Material Handling (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is established to sell lift trucks in China in 2003. It operates under the TOYOTA, RAYMOND, and CESAB brands as part of the TMHG management structure.
The Textile Machinery Division is responsible for fully integrated operations for spinning machines that spin twisted fiber bundles into yarn and weaving machines that weave spun yarn into textiles, from development to manufacturing through sales and after-sales services.
