Founded in 2008 by Murugan Krishna Moorthy, Synergy began as a small operation in Dubai with just four employees and a vision to deliver reliable, diver-centric commercial diving equipment. Rapid early growth was fueled by major contracts with companies like Archirodon and Athena for large-scale marine construction projects across the UAE. By 2009, Synergy had established its first dedicated manufacturing facility in Al Ghusais, positioning itself as one of the Middle East’s largest diving equipment suppliers. From 2018 onward, the company underwent a major transformation, expanding into full-fledged design and engineering with modern facilities, and placing innovation at the heart of its operations. By 2019, Synergy achieved ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, further solidifying its reputation for quality and safety. In 2024, the launch of in-house brands such as Diver-Vision and Diver-Skin, along with ADNOC’s ICV certification, marked Synergy’s evolution into a comprehensive, world-class supplier and preferred partner in the global commercial diving industry.
