In 2010, Geographical expansion focused on Asia/Pacific up until this year. The company opened a new technology center in Trosa in 2012. It has acquired oil and mist collection experts, Handte Group in 2014. The company expands market leading position on the Iberian Peninsula through acquisition of Servifiltro in 2017. Camfil acquires MC Air Filtration in the United Kingdom and Chimbault-Peyridieux in France in 2018.

It has 31 manufacturing sites, six R&D centers, and local sales offices in 35 countries, and over 5,000 employees and growing.
The company has segmented their products into general ventilation filters, EPA, HEPA & ULPA filters, Molecular filters, dust, fume & mist collectors, housings, frames & louvers, pulse filters and others.
