Aerosol for Personal Care

Roll-fed Labeling: As an alternative to printed cans, Aerofil has the ability to offer its customers high-speed, roll-fed labeling. The strategic placement of our labeler allows us the ability to label any type of product, regardless of propellant choice.

Shrink Sleeving: The installation of a high-speed shrink sleever, accessible from two separate aerosol filling lines, allows us the ability to offer its customers added value and marketing options. The shrink sleever has the ability to sleeve individual cans or create twin-packs, on-line.

Bundling: The company's two high-speed bundlers allows the company to offer customers a number of packout configurations without having to double handle product off-line. This allows the company to keep labor costs low, and your costs low, while still meeting all your requirements. This equipment allows the company to run club-packs without double handling the product.

Propellants: The company's optimal propellant systems are capable of handling hydrocarbons, DME, 152a, 1234ze, nitrogen and CO2. The propellant tank farm at Aerofil has 177,000 gallons of propellant storage.

Aerofil launched its Beauty & Personal Care aerosol filling line

Aerofil recognized an opportunity to automate operations and to provide a higher quality product for the Beauty & Personal care industry. The urgent need for more automation was in response to unskilled labor shortages, and an increasingly diverse consumer base with rising SKU counts and customer demands for shorter run times. Earlier this year, the company officially unveiled its high-speed Beauty & Personal Care aerosol filling line, known affectionately as Aerosol Line 8, or “AL8” around campus.
