We’re looking for a creative and detail oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You'll create engaging content, grow our online community, and track performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule original, high-quality content tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly.
- Foster relationships with the online community and influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing goals.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Propose innovative ideas to capitalize on emerging trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and design skills (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of platform algorithms and social trends
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
