We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Junior HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day to day HR operations, support recruitment processes, and help maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job boards and company platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting candidate interviews.
- Manage onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
- Respond to employee queries regarding policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Monitor and document progress on development programs.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
- Support senior HR staff with special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role (internship experience considered).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
