Role Overview:

This is an entry-level role for freshers interested in client account management, consulting, and market research. The position involves supporting client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and learning how research insights help businesses make strategic decisions. Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication with clients through emails, calls, and meetings while building strong and long-term relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal research and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Understanding Client Requirements: Learn to understand client objectives and support the team in aligning research solutions with business needs.
  • Research & Industry Learning: Develop knowledge of research methodologies, market trends, supply chain analysis and industry dynamics to strengthen consulting capabilities. Ability to research client portfolios.
  • Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-facing documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure clear communication and seamless workflow.
  • Client Support & Problem Solving: Help address client queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive overall client experience.
  • Professional Development:Continuously learn about market research, consulting, and business strategy to grow into a strategic account management role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Methodological Knowledge: Theoretical knowledge of both Quantitative and Qualitative research.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in Market Research or Strategic Consulting, managing high-value accounts.
  • Analytical Interpretation: Ability to understand and interpret raw data. Ability to do research and find out client details.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills; the ability to act as a translator between the technical research team and the client’s executive leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Research, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

While you may be at the beginning of your career, you are expected to gradually develop an understanding of client requirements, market research processes, and industry dynamics.
