About the Role - We are looking for a Business Development Associate/Executive who thinks like a researcher. In this role, you won't just be making random sales calls, you will use your background in Market Research to find the best potential clients and use real industry data to show them why they need our help. You aren't just a salesperson; you are a problem-solver who finds gaps in the market and shows clients how our solutions can fill them.
Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Consultative Selling: You will ask deep questions to understand their problems and offer the right solutions.
2. Full Cycle Sales: Handle everything from the first "hello" and research phase to closing the deal and keeping the client happy afterward.
3. Clear Communication & Active Listener: Must be able to speak and write clearly in English. Able to listen carefully to a client's needs and respond with the right solutions.
4. Tech Skills: Comfort using CRM software and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and reach out to leads.
Skills Required -
1. Excellent English communication skills; both written (email writing) and speaking.
2. Street smart, intelligent, highly optimistic with high convincing power (negotiation skills).
3. Understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator tool to find new clienteles.
4. Fast paced candidate who can handle multiple task at a time.
