With 2023 approaching, nutrition and health are more vital than ever people can focus on their health and fitness for the first time in two years from January 1st without the uncertainty of the pandemic. The anonymous 12-question survey, which is open through December 23, covers areas of physical fitness, mental health, fitness trends, and overall well-being.
